VGK Coaching Change...Why?

To begin, I am really pissed off about hearing the news that Gerard Gallant got canned by the VGK. He’s won the best coach in the NHL and has taken his team to the playoffs in back to back years, the first as an expansion team and took that team to the Stanley Cup Finals. How in the hell has Bruce Boudreau, the coach of the Minnesota Wild, still have a job when he hasn’t done a damn thing with the team? He has underachieved with coaching this team, is a perpetual one-and-done in the playoffs when he’s there, has missed the playoffs and still has a job. In what world are we living in when this man still has a job and one that has gotten to the Finals has to get released? It’s just messed up and I don’t understand it.
